"The Rotaract Club of Bangalore Jayanagar participated in Sambhrama – The 3rd Annual District Rotaract Conference, held on 18th and 19th April at Dayananda Sagar College Auditorium, Kumaraswamy Layout. The conference served as a dynamic platform for clubs across the district to come together, showcase their projects, network, and celebrate the spirit of Rotaract through two days filled with learning, interaction, and entertainment. Our club also proudly contributed as a sponsor for the conference, supporting the successful execution of this large-scale district event.
The first day began with registrations, which were efficiently managed by our club, alongside the President–Secretary march, followed by the inauguration with lamp lighting. The day continued with club presentations, cultural performances, zonal roll calls, and various stalls featuring items like jewellery and cakes, creating a lively and engaging environment. Members also enjoyed interactive jamming sessions and a well-organised lunch, making the experience both productive and enjoyable.
On the second day, the conference featured a mentalism session along with exciting segments such as the Mr. and Ms. 3191 contest and a fashion show, adding energy and enthusiasm to the event. Our club also actively participated in the handmade banner competition, where we created a banner representing our club’s identity and spirit.
The conference concluded on a high note with energetic band performances, where members came together to celebrate and unwind, followed by awards and recognitions honouring clubs and individuals. Overall, Sambhrama was a vibrant and memorable experience that strengthened fellowship, encouraged creativity and participation, and reflected the true essence of the Rotaract movement."
