Namaskara Vanakkam

"""Namaskara Vanakkam"" was a vibrant and engaging language exchange initiative jointly hosted by the Rotaract Club of Bangalore Jayanagar and the Rotaract Club of Dream Home, RI District 3234, Chennai. The event aimed to enhance language skills and strengthen the bond between the two clubs through the joy of learning and laughter.

The session began with both clubs teaching the basics of their respective regional languages, our club introduced simple Kannada words and everyday phrases, while the Dream Home team taught Tamil fundamentals. Members from both sides eagerly tried to use the new words in sentences, often mixing them up in the funniest ways, which made the learning experience lighthearted and memorable. The excitement peaked when we challenged each other with tongue twisters in both languages, the laughter that followed was absolutely infectious!

This collaboration was born out of a letterhead exchange between the two clubs in Bangalore on October 13th, and “Namaskara Vanakkam” beautifully carried that spirit forward. It was more than just a language exchange; it was a celebration of friendship, culture, and the true essence of Rotaract, learning together while building lasting connections."
