Naada Habba 2.0
On the occasion of Kannada Rajyotsava and served as a cultural celebration
INTERNATIONAL SERVICE

"On 2nd November, the Rotaract Club of Bangalore Jayanagar participated in Naada Habba 2.0 organised by our District as a part of Nodi Namma Ooru 2.0. The event was organised on the occasion of Kannada Rajyotsava and served as a cultural celebration and a platform for delegates and Rotaractors to come together.
Our rally began in Bengaluru early in the morning. Rotaract Club of Atria I.T. joined us in our cars to travel together to Ramanagara, adding to the excitement of the journey. We stopped for breakfast on the way and enjoyed hot idly vada and coffee, which gave the day a refreshing start. Upon reaching Janapada Loka in Ramanagara, we received a warm traditional welcome. The event commenced with flag hoisting, followed by cultural performances including Dollu Kunitha, folk dances, singing and lively doll performances.
Dignitaries shared heartfelt speeches about Kannada Rajyotsava, expressing pride in the language, culture and heritage of Karnataka. Guests from various districts were felicitated with handmade flowers. A jamming session added energy to the atmosphere, after which everyone enjoyed an authentic Karnataka lunch where ragi mudde was the highlight. The much awaited mega letterhead exchange took place, giving us the opportunity to meet many delegates, interact and build new connections.
We later explored Janapada Loka and towards the end volunteered with the District team to clean the seating area by clearing all the plastic waste. After completing the cleanup, we started our journey back to Bengaluru. While returning, the Rotaract Club of Atria I.T. and their delegates travelled back with us, which made the ride even more enjoyable.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience that helped us learn more about Karnataka's rich traditions, heritage and cultural identity."
