"Ideation – Club Connect was a joint initiative organised on February 7th by the Rotaract Club of Bangalore Jayanagar and Rotaract Club of Oyo Central, R.I. District 9126, with the objective of fostering inter-district and cross-border connection, cultural exchange, and collaborative learning among Rotaractors. The event aimed to create a meaningful platform where members from different regions could interact, exchange ideas, and strengthen global fellowship while gaining insights into each other's clubs and communities.

The session was conducted virtually via Google Meet and provided an engaging space for both clubs to present and discuss their respective flagship projects, club structure, and activities. Members from both clubs shared the initiatives they undertake in their communities and the impact created through their projects. In addition to project presentations, participants enthusiastically introduced famous places, traditional food items, and unique aspects of their local culture, making the interaction lively and informative. The exchange encouraged members to learn about each other's traditions, lifestyles, and community work, making the session both educational and enjoyable.

The interaction between members was highly engaging, allowing participants to ask questions, share experiences, and appreciate the diversity of ideas and initiatives undertaken in different regions. The event created an open and friendly atmosphere where Rotaractors could connect beyond formal discussions, strengthening bonds of international fellowship and collaboration.

Ideation – Club Connect successfully brought together Rotaractors from different parts of the world through dialogue, cultural sharing, and collaborative learning. The session reflected the true spirit of Rotaract by building global connections, encouraging mutual understanding, and celebrating diversity while paving the way for future international collaborations."
