"This interactive meet turned into a meaningful exchange between our club and the district leadership. Members asked relevant questions about strengthening an institution-based club, increasing retention, attracting new members, and understanding how the district and the DRRE can support clubs through guidance and opportunities. The DRRE shared his vision for the year, encouraged members to explore Executive Council and District Council roles, and motivated everyone to step up as confident leaders who contribute not just to the club, but to the wider Rotaract movement. The session felt less like a formal discussion and more like a constructive conversation where everyone’s perspectives were valued.

The purpose of ಅನಿsutide – DRRE Connect was to create an open, comfortable space for our club members to interact directly with the DRRE, ask honest questions, gain clarity on Rotaract’s larger vision, and understand how each member can grow within the district structure.

The key takeaways included clarity on club growth strategies, better understanding of district-level functioning, renewed motivation to take up leadership roles, and stronger confidence among members to voice ideas and seek support without hesitation. The interaction also built a sense of trust and alignment between the club and the district team, reinforcing that we’re all working toward the same goals.

The event upheld the Four-Way Test by encouraging open dialogue rooted in truth, strengthening goodwill between club members and the district, offering fair opportunities to every member, and guiding the discussion toward what is ultimately beneficial for individual growth and the club’s future."
