"""Aarogya Mela (ఆరోగ్య మేళా) – Guntur Chapter"" was organised by the Rotaract Club of Bangalore Jayanagar on 15th April at Chilakaluripet, Guntur, in collaboration with Rotary Hyderabad and Rotary Pandaripuram.

As part of the initiative, a total of 1840 sanitary pads were distributed across multiple institutions, including Sharada School (350 XL), Nice School (420 XL), Ganapavaram ZPH School (400 regular + 150 regular), Kasturbha Girls Hostel (400 regular), and BC Girls Hostel (120 XL). In addition to distribution, extensive awareness sessions were conducted on menstrual hygiene, basic hygiene, and male hygiene. These sessions were designed to educate, break taboos, and encourage healthy practices among students, reaching over 2700+ beneficiaries across the institutions.

Taking the Aarogya Mela initiative to the next level, this phase was undertaken with the objective of expanding access to menstrual hygiene, basic health awareness, and dignity-driven care across institutions. The project aimed to reach a larger audience and ensure that awareness and essential resources are accessible to students beyond city limits, reinforcing the belief that health and hygiene should be available to all.

Rotaractors from Bangalore travelled all the way to Guntur to actively participate in and execute this initiative, showcasing dedication and commitment towards community service beyond geographical boundaries. The sessions were interactive, informative, and well-received by the students, creating a safe space for learning and discussion.

Overall, Aarogya Mela - Guntur Chapter stood as a large-scale and impactful extension of the initiative, combining awareness with action. It reflected the true spirit of Rotaract by promoting health, dignity, and accessibility, while making a meaningful difference in the lives of thousands of students through service, compassion, and collective effort."
